Morning Grogginess More Debilitating Than Sleep Deprivation, According To CU-Boulder Study

Morning Grogginess More Debilitating Than Sleep Deprivation, According To CU-Boulder Study.

You know I was going to write something witty about this research study but I am too groggy!  The bad news is that 8 hours of sleep caused more grogginess than sleep deprivation (although it seem to dissipate between 10 mins and 2 hours).  On the other hand I have seen and experienced first hand the effects of sleep deprivation and I can say they last much, much longer!  Sleep has other great benefits so I won’t tell you to go sleep deprived!
